I am not sure how this happened but it’s November already! This is one of those months that our ovens become one of the most used appliances in the kitchen. In anticipation of Thanksgiving, I went to my “Must Try” folder to begin testing a few of the eye catching and mouthwatering recipes that I have been saving for such an occasion. With my excitement through the roof, I quickly pulled together several pies for the tasting. Watching the timer and the oven window with childlike enthusiasm, I opened the oven door and quickly pulled out the golden crusted beauties. To my surprise and demise I branded myself across my forearm on the oven rack letting out what I have been told was a shriek that could be heard by the neighbors!
