Connecting and Collecting (Fur-Babies) – Catch Me If You Can

This month was about connecting. Connecting with some of the industry’s best and brightest on the show floor at IMEX, with the rock stars who are part of my coaching and consulting program and with the friends, family and hobbies that enrich my life when I’m not working. All of which made it a fulfilling and enriching 30 days.
The change in temperatures brought fall into focus, which to me means cooking hearty meals. The first chilly day inspired me to fill my home with the aroma of my mom’s famous meatballs. Guilt from indulging led me to the mall to work the extra calories off by shopping; proof that there is a way to rationalize anything!
As September ended, the most amazing thing happened; “Teddy,” the newest star in our strategic Universe, appeared. This fuzzy bundle of puppy love was placed into my life by surprise but not by chance, and the logistics involved in getting him from South Dakota to his new home were nothing short of strategic planning at its finest. Expect to see more pictures of Teddy as he and Roo learn to navigate life as siblings and I figure out how to juggle two fur-babies amidst my travels. Next month promises to be full so, as you’ve heard me say before, “Catch me if you can!”
