The Top 10 Careers Where People Work the Longest

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that careers in the meeting, convention and event planning field have a projected to growth of 10% from 2014 to 2024. The result: the addition of 9,900 industry related jobs. Overall, event planning came in at an impressive #25 in the ‘Best Business Jobs’ list. Does event planning make the top 10 careers where people work the longest?

With so many selecting to start their careers in our industry, we thought it would be interesting to investigate the other end of the spectrum and find out what careers people remain in the longest.
